SAP Change Manager - End-user implementation project
A global end-user client is looking for an SAP Change Manager to be based at their European HQ in Zurich. The SAP Change Manager will be tasked with being the key driver for SAP Change Management initiatives on a large new European SAP deployment
Your tasks will be as follows:
- Creating and delivering change management plans
- Establish change management function
- Work with all levels of stakeholders
- SAP Organisational design
The successful SAP Change Manager must have the following experience:
- Implementing at least 1 full life cycle SAP Change Management initiative
- Change Management, Communications, Organisational Design and Training
- Working with all levels of stakeholders
- Change Management methodology
The ideal SAP Change Manager will also have any of the following skills/experience:
- Working strategically at CFO level
- Hands-on approach
- Worked in a small team
- Complete understanding of Change
The company is currently running multiple SAP implementations, this is the chance to be on one of the major European implementations, based in Zurich and the chance to take control of an SAP Change Management initiative/project within a major SAP programme!
