SAP Change Management Manager needed by my client in Dammam for a 9 month project.
Must have:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience.
- Proven project management skills
- 10+ years of SAP project implementation experience.
- Deep knowledge of Change Management and Training processes
- Ability to mentor technical resources on best practices and novel ideas
- Ability to take ownership and responsibility of managing stakeholders and client expectations
- Strong knowledge SAP ASAP methodology
- Ability to identify user training requirements
- Ability to enhance user acceptance of the system being delivered
- Identify and mitigates risks associated with readiness
