One of our NZ based clients is searching for a Change Analyst to join their team for an exciting and challenging project on 6-month contract.

This role will see you working on a large SAP implementation, supporting a number of Change Managers across the business.

Key attributes and requirements of this role include

- Someone with a change background, looking for forge a career in this space
- Work in an enjoyable and collaborative environment
- Working on a major IT transformation project
- Communicating with the Business Leads and working with a strong change management team
- Work on a large scale project, impacting hundreds of end users

Ideally you will have:

- At least 2+ years of Change experience
- Great communication and writing skills
- A willingness to learn and grow with the project
- Knowledge of SAP
- Excellent communication skills and feel confident liaising with people from all levels of the Business
- A knowledge of the PROSCI or ADKAR change principles.
