Role: SAP Business Warehouse Core Services Team Lead

Duration: 6 months

Location: Dublin

The candidate will be the contact point for the successful tenderer and act as a liaison regarding any contractual issues or escalation points. However the candidate will also need to be very strong technically with excellent SAP BW Skills. The candidate will need to be versatile and be able to undertake projects and support work.

REQUIREMENTS OF ROLE:

- Act as a liaison with the partner's organisation
- To assist the Client BI Support Lead with SAP BW support work and ensuring the integrity of each of the three CLIENT's SAP BW Instances
- To provide input to Design Authority meetings
- To assist in customer requirements gathering and assist in writing of functional specifications
- To work from the functional specifications to create technical specifications for the SAP BW Work
- To build and test SAP BW solutions to match the technical requirements
- To assist the other team members with technical issues
- Share technical knowledge with colleagues.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

ESSENTIAL

- 7-10 years working in Business Intelligence projects using warehousing tools
- At least 5 years recent hands-on experience using SAP Business Warehouse
- Excellent English as the resource will need good communication skills working with
- customers and other team members
- Experience working on Business Warehouse with at least two separate companies
- Three or more years working in a SAP Business Warehouse from a support perspective
- Formally trained in SAP Business Warehouse

DESIRABLE

- Has acted as a liaison for the partner company before
- Previous experience working in a large company or semi-state organisation or
- Energy/Power utility
