BUSINESS SYSTEM ANALYST - Amsterdam - Long term contract

Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a Business Systems Analyst for a large multinational company in the direct surroundings of Amsterdam

You will be responsible for the operational environment and supporting the inventory processes for a business community that is the working for 80% with SAP applications and 20% Legacies

You will manage incidents and requests for change as the first line of support ( Level 1 ) for our Key-users and as main contact for our central based support team ( Level 2 ), and do this with respect for predefined SLA (service level agreement ) and customer satisfaction.
You will work during normal office hours but every 3 weeks, you will be on standby during the out of office hours. ( week + weekend included )
* Support applications on a day to day basis to ensure the availability and the effectiveness of the IS applications in the domains to meet business needs;
* Provide effective functional user support based on internal SLAs and KPIs;
* Provide and permanently develop knowledge of business process and applications for his/her domain;
* Identify opportunities for an applications' evolution;
* Participate in projects/lead non-complex projects as decided in the Master Plan;
* Assist in managing internal and external suppliers and other resources;

Profile
* 2 Years of experience with working with the SD, MM modules in SAP within the inventory domain.
* Good working knowledge of Warehousing Management Systems (WMS) and interfacing to 3rd Party Logistics Providers
* + Good knowledge of SAP interfaces, basic knowledge on EDI flows
