The role focuses on communicating requirements to project team members verbally and in the form of written business requirements, user interface specifications, printed output specifications and similar documents.

Consults with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives.
May write user manuals describing installation and operating procedures.
Work on problems involving complex business requirements and processes.
Must have good working knowledge of a chosen area/function.

Business Analyst must be able to perform the role of functional architect for complex solutions in upstream domain. Should have practical experience of Business Analysis. Should be able to drive customer workshops and lead requirement gathering phase.
Ability to work with project teams throughout software development life cycle.

Must have experience in Energy And Utilities Systems Software with at least 6-8 years of experience in Oil and Gas Industry in Downstream business

Possibly should have worked in minimum two downstream related functions.
