SAP BI Consultant (40-50%)

Harvey Nash is looking for a SAP BI Consultant for a 10 month project in Switzerland for a workload between 40% and 50%.

The role is for a candidate managing an offsite team for the implementation of global financial reporting and dashboards within area of Global Services, in addition to driving the supporting processes across all Regions and Global Functions. Besides s/he will be the main developer as well giving technical support for the team and guidance for the architecture and system design. Part of the responsibilities is also to act as Business Analyst and find the best technical solution for business problems.

You are responsible for

. Supporting the IT Program Manager for time & quality management of all deliveries by the multiple independent program streams and delivery teams
. Supporting the IT Program Manager in financial controlling of the program

Requirements

. 2-3 years of project related experience in a project management or PMO role with similar tasks
. Experience working with Global Virtual teams
. Experience using MS Office products and tools for project scheduling
. Structured approach and task management (ability to handle multiple incoming requests without dropping anything), flexible and transparent with workload and tasks, self-organized and detail oriented
. University Degree or equivalent education (Engineering, Management or Computer science preferred)
. Service-oriented mindset
. Ability to work autonomously
. Ability to work/communicate effectively in English speaking business environment (business fluent in speaking and writing), additional languages are an asset
. Team Player and flexible to cover different time zones in Europe and EEMEA
. Experience with PMM and with the tools involved for maintaining a project (Perform, Clarity, Project Library, etc.) is a big plus, additionally a certification in PMP/Prince2
