SAP Basis Team Lead

SAP Basis Team Lead sought for a 4 months + contract opportunity based in Copenhagen/Denmark.

The Basis Team provides SAP Basis support of the systems throughout the different phases of the project.

As a SAP Basis Team Lead your responsibilities will be:

1. The Basis Team Lead is responsible for assigning to and tracking work of 4 IBM SAP Basis consultants.
2. The BSP Basis Team Lead ensures coordination of the technical operations, as well as works closely with the functional teams to define and choose the optimal solution for the different needs.
3. The Team Lead is working from Copenhagen to ensure optimal communication with requesters.
4. The Team Lead is responsible for resolution of all BASIS Incidents as fast as possible.
5. The Team Lead must ensure that non-Basis tasks are transferred to the right resolver and that the requester has been informed.
6. The Team Lead is responsible for coordinating the acceptance of IBM delivered SAP Infrastructure for the project.
7. The Team Lead will also be assigned the activity of ensuring FAX and Printer connections/RFC connections/Interface Connections for all BSP Environments.

The ideal candidate for this role should have the following skill set:

1. Deep SAP Basis skills are essential. Minimum 5 years experience.
2. Experienced coordinator/communicator.
3. Strong Team Lead/Managerial Skills are essential. Atleast 2 Projects worth of Experience as a SAP Basis Team Lead/Coordinator.
4. Preferably knowledge about the IBM organisation
5. Fluent Business Level English
6. Eligibility to work in Denmark (EU Passport/Work Permit)
