POSITION: SAP Basis Administrator

DURATION: 3-6 months

LOCATION: Zurich Switzerland                   

JOB DESCRIPTION

- As a Lead, you are responsible for managing a small team of analysts, developers, testers or engineers and drive delivery of a small module within a project (Delivery/Maintenence/Testing)
- You may serve as entry level specialist with expertise in particular technology/industry domain/a process/application/product.
- You are responsible for functional/technical track of a project.
- SAP Basis - Must have thorough knowledge of SAP system landscape designing.
- Ability to offer end to end implementation approach for SAP implementation projects.
- Able to perform impact analysis for changes in individual system or system landscape
- Possess specialized knowledge of niche sap areas like Netweaver administration or performance tuning.
- Ability to lead a team and participate in presales activity and ability to give suggestions on areas of improvements.
- Knowledge of the quality processes and adopted quality standards in projects.
- Knowledge of ASAP methodology in implementations.
- Should have SAP Basis experience including 2 SAP implementation projects and specialized knowledge of SAP niche areas.
- Advanced performance tuning including analysis of expensive SQL statements, ABAP memory management, buffer analysis.
- SAP system landscape designing.
- End to end SAP implementation,
- End to end SAP upgrade.
- EP Administration including defining roles/worksets, system landscape configuration, EP transports, installing and configuring business packages in EP, Activating SSL/SNC connections.
- XI Administration including Adapter engine configuration, RWB configuration, XI message troubleshooting, Configuration of NWDI/CMS for XI transports.
