JOB DESCRIPTION:

Business Architect Commercial Lending

As Business Architect you will be responsible for the information, IT Architecture and IT vision within a domain. In this role you will be responsible for the development of Business Architects within the team of Finance and securing the long-term vision, migration and architecture frameworks for the realization of the information. In addition, you along with program and line management responsibility for controlling the realization of the information and IT architecture. You taking into account expected volumes, costs, quality and risks within the domain. You're the "Controlling Architect" within the programs and projects and in the operating environment. You are able to as senior partner to advise compelling about the frameworks in policy deliberations by senior management within the business domain (countervailing balance). You send the business analysts, product managers and IT specialists in functional in achieving (migration) of the vision (cost, quality, risk and volumes) in programs and projects (+/- 50 projects).

The domain Finance is characterized by a high degree of pressure on the business as much as possible straight through to offer the advice, sale, service and management processes. The area supports two main business chains: the chain Money Needed Individuals and chain Money Needed Enterprises. Both chains are intended to set up an efficient cross-channel services. The delivery pressure is very large and technological developments go fast.

- Knowledge of the financial sector;
- University degree or equivalent;
- Specific knowledge of the domain Finance;
- Strong experience in Commercial Lending (Loans, Deposits, Collaterals and associated processes)
- Knowledge in SAP Banking is a plus
- 5-10 years as content designer (Information Manager, IT Architect, consultant or equivalent);
- Knowledge of methods and techniques as Tapscott, DYA, TOGAF, COBIT;
- Wide generic substantive knowledge of IT;
- Demonstrated power to change: drive to want to change and motivate others
- Demonstrated communication skills.
