The main task of the business consultant is to build the bridge between the business partners and the delivery factory resources. As such the tasks may contain but are not limited to:
- Proactive consulting and assistance of the business partner
- Analysis, modeling and optimization of business processes
- Acceptance, analysis and description of business partner requirements
- Creation and presentation of design and realization concepts
- Project studies, supporting the business partner in the composition of business processes and data models
- Support the business partners with the user acceptance test
- Structured gathering, analysis, description of customer requirements
- Creation and presentation of concepts for design and realization
