-Deliver and ensure high availability and stable operations
-Troubleshooting, problem pre-qualification and dispatching to corresponding service units (e.g. network, OS)
-Application maintenance and support (SAP Cloud Applicance Library (J2EE))
-Technical knowledge required in Amazon Web Services technology / Amazon console
-In-depth knowledge of Linux or Windows operating systems
-In-depth knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) EC2 Instance handling
-Comprehensive operational knowledge of all major technology areas comprising of virtual & cloud infrastructure (Storage, Networking, Servers, and core software)
-Ability to develop scripts (shell, perl or windows)
-Extreme motivation and interest to embrace new technologies and learn new skills
-Fluent Business English skills
