SAP ACCOUNTS OFFICER - ACCOUNTS PAYABLE - 8 WEEK CONTRACT - EASTERN SUBURBS

One of our clients are looking for experienced SAP Accounts Officer (Accounts Payable) for a 8 week period.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reconciliation and reporting of AP GL transactions.
Reconciliation and reporting of AP PPS.
Reconciliation of supplier statements.
Process Invoices/AMEX/Employee expenses.
Ensure that local and international payments are processed in accordance with company policies and procedures.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE;

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
Ideally 5 years experience working in Accounts Payable.  
Can demonstrate a vast amount of experience in SAP.
High volume of AP experience.
International AP experience.
Experience of bank platforms and interactive AP packages.
Understanding of accounting principles and general ledger journals.
Strong time management as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.

DESIRABLE
Experience of using MFG Pro and Esker
