Skills:
*The person will be working in the L2 technical domain to support the incidents that we received from various L1 teams. They can either handle the incident or can forward them to the relevant teams based on the scope
*Should have minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in basic ABAP HR and with basic functional knowledge in HR
*Exposure to different HR domains, Portal etc would be an added advantage
*Should have worked on Incident Management.
*Should have very good inter-personal skills
*Should have customer handling skills and should be a good team player.
*The candidate should have excellent knowledge on documentation.
