SAP ABAP Consultant

Minimum 4 - 5 years of experience in ABAP HR with basic functional knowledge in HR.

Should have hands-on skills in Webdynpro, Workflows, Reports, Forms, Interfaces, BADIs, User-exits, Advance ABAP- OOPs, BAPIs, RFCs, BSP developments, etc. Exposure to E-recruiting, LSO, LMS interfaces, Portal, etc would be an added advantage. Should have worked on Incident Management, Change Request Management, requirement gathering, Design, development, system study, documentation, Unit Testing, Review process, mentoring capabilities, etc. Well versed with testing methodologies.

SAP ABAP - Understands requirements from functional specifications clearly. Can foresee the hidden requirements which might be needed at later stages and suggests the solution accordingly. Formulates robust and adaptive solutions by taking care of identifying risks in the solution at early stages and proactively suggests the alternate solutions. Can present the feasibility analysis or solution approach to Functional leads/client. Guides team to map the requirements to prepare Technical specification and lead the solution implementation. Helps to resolve issues of team-mates in the areas of multiple areas of skills. Possess sufficient knowledge of the quality processes and adopted quality standards in projects. Knowledge of the recognized quality tools. Able to lead a team/support issues in multiple projects as SME. Grasps new dimensional technologies and supports practice in capability building. Handles Technical trainings in identified area as SME. Participates in solution proposal activities for formulating solutions in SME area, effort estimates from technical side.  Must have in depth knowledge of ABAP language.

Conversant with Data migration area or ALE/IDOCs or more than 2 areas of Advanced ABAP which includes: 
1. BAPIs and performance tuning
2. Enhancement techniques
3. Workflow
4. Smart forms
5. ABAP upgrade
6. Unicode conversion.

In addition to this, also aware about new trends in ABAP such as OO ABAP, Adobe forms, ABAP Webdynpro. Should have more than 6 years of SAP -ABAP experience.

SAP ABAP HR - 0 - 4 Year of SAP - ABAP experience and 1 implementation of SAP Project(Laterals) or has exposure to atleast one support project(Laterals) experience in SAP Knowledge about overview of HR Processes, Personnel Administration, OrgManagement and Payroll Process. Must have knowledge about creating Employee in SAP HR, also few Organizational Management objects(Org. Unit, Position etc).Must have worked with Logical Database(PNP/PCH), Infotype Structure,Created/Enhanced Infotype, Macros, Creating HR report category. Knowledge about Inbound and Outbound Interfaces to/from Vendors, Knowledge about fetching data from HR Tables.
