SAP ABAP BI Developer - 12 Month Contract

A great opportunity for an SAP ABAP BI Developer to work with a Government Department on a 12 month contract with possibility of a further 12 months

THE SPECIFIED PERSONNEL WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

- Providing support for the SAP environment;
- Providing SAP architectural services for the EAP suite of products;
- Providing high level ABAP programming skills; and
- Transferring skills and knowledge to less experienced team members and provide mentoring.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

- Expert level ABAP programming skills, particularly as they apply to one or more of the SAP HR, BI and SRM modules.
- The ability to provide high level advice and assistance in the support of a large SAP landscape, including SAP R/3, SAP Web Application Server, SAP BI, SAP Internet Transaction Server and SAP Enterprise Portal (including SAP Workplace).
- Experience in developing and maintaining applications interfacing into an SAP environment, specifically .NET applications developed using the SAP .NET Connector, Web Services operating in a Microsoft Environment, SAP WebDynpro and SAP.
- Experience in the maintenance and management of a large SAP landscape in a SQL 2000/Windows 2003 landscape is an advantage.
