My Client is a Global Telecoms organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a 3 year fixed term contract (renewed yearly) and to work in the capital of Saudi Arabia for a fantastic organisation. English speaking candidates are fine, and Visa processes will be provided for the right candidates

I am searching for candidates with skills in the following:
1.Alarm monitoring of Samsung LTE TDD.
2.First level troubleshooting of Alarms.
3.Coordination with FLM partners and assigning them the work orders and TCN.
4.Furnishing Adhoc and routine O&M reports.
5.Prime interface with the customer peer for updates and feedback.
6.Must be willing to learn new products and technologies
7.Must have 2-3 years hands on experience of Samsung LTE TDD.
8.SIR reports awareness.
9.Inventory management
10.Coordination with Back Office and SLM when ever required and necessary.
