SALESFORCE.COM DEVELOPER FOSTER CITY, CA 12 MONTHS CONTRACT

As a Salesforce.com Dev, you'll be you'll be a key member of the sales operations team, administering and configuring Salesforce.com for one of the world s leading financial services. We re looking for Certified Salesforce Administration candidates with excellent communications skills and ability to interact with nontechnical sales teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work onsite and remotely with Sales Operations and Sales leaders to analyze requirements, develop designs, and implement Salesforce.com capabilities, including but not limited to:

- Basic Administration: user setup and modification, field creation and updates, report type creation, profile administration
- Data administration: identify, consult on and clean duplicate records across any and all objects, orphan records, etc.
- Advanced Administration and Configuration: Workflows, field updates, email alerts, Approval processes, Role Hierarchy, Sharing rule development and configuration
- Advanced Development: Apex programming, API programming, Force.com pages
- Train staff on use of Salesforce.com (basic and advanced functionality that you design based on input from the business)
- Others as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 3+ years of experience as a SFDC Admin
- Certified Salesforce Administration minimum (Certified Force.com Developer and/or Advanced Developer and Administration a plus)
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills
- Expert ability to work independently and manage one s time
- Expert ability to interact with non-technical sales management
- Must work in Foster City
- Bank or Payment Industry preferred
- Bachelor s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred
