Salesforce architecture experience.
2+ years of hands-on experience in customization of SFDC platform using APEX and VisualForce
Knowledge of SOAP, RESTful and related technologies (JSON, XML, JQuery etc.)
Having good understanding on Mobility, CTI, SSO and able to discuss and come out with technical solution
Can provide solution design for SF platform integration with SF Platform or Cloud to Cloud integration and SF to other IT systems using Middleware/direct (TIBCO)
Can take ownership of technical design, development and implementation of the solution
Experience on End to End SFDC solution definition, understanding of frameworks and industry standards (agile)
Can communicate with business and gather business requirements
Experience in the Offshore/Onsite Model
