Salesforce Technical Architect/Design Authority/Developer

SALESFORCE SPECIFIC SKILLS:

- Administration, ideally completed ADM201 or 211 and certified
- Development, ideally completed DEV401 or 501 and certified
- Reviewing APEX Code, Triggers and Unit Tests
- Understanding and optimising SOQL and SOSL queries
- Managing change sets and deployments between sandboxes and production environment

Specific Skills:

Software Development:

- Deep understanding of at least 1 other OO language in addition to APEX ( eg Java, C++, C#, Ruby, Groovy etc.)
- Design ( HLD and LLD)
- Coding standards and best practices
- Unit testing eg JUnit, NUnit, mocking frameworks
- Functional testing eg Selenium, Cucumber
- Integration eg Web Services, RESTful services

GENERAL TECHNICAL SKILLS:

- Object Oriented Design and Programming
- Cloud-based enterprise systems

- Agile approaches, preferably scrum
- CRM systems
- Relational Databases

GENERAL EXPERIENCE:

- Software Development within a large IT organisation
