Salesforce Solution Architect

My client, a large end user, is currently embarking on a massive business transformation programme. They have selected Salesforce as their CRM, and are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join them immediately. This is an English-speaking project based in Switzerland.

The ideal candidate will have:

A strong track-record in managing SalesForce CRM solutions in a global matrixed organization

10 plus years' experience in IT or Project Management related functions

Excellent skills in problem solving, managing and resolving competing points of view and resource limitations with both technical and non-technical audiences

Experience with interfacing and managing delivery of services through an outsourced partner

Ability to interact with all levels of management and end users

Broad experience in applying business solutions

Several years of successful project and portfolio management

Previous experience in manufacturing

Salesforce certifications (desirable)
