Our client in Switzerland is looking for a SALESFORCE PROJECT MANAGER; the role will involve the following:
Responsible of the end-to-end project to build the next generation Contact Center based on SalesForce technology:
Functional analysis of Business requirements raised by International CRC department, driving a team of dedicated Business Analysts.
Responsible for the delivery driving external partners and local solution delivery managers
Ensure cross teams coordination, including synching the Scrum iterations with the technology infrastructure teams working in waterfall
Provide regular feed-back on project (steering and operational committees)
Candidates should have strong knowledge of the following:
Contact Center Processes
Written Communication Processes
Workforce Management
Outbound Calls
Claims/Returns
Salesforce applied for Contact Centers
