This client is a partner looking to hire a SFDC lead Developer very quickly for a 5 month contract. *Sales Force Developer
*Hands on development experience in Apex and visual force pages
*Expertise in Salesforce.com and its various functionalities like design of workflow, validation, escalation, approval process, assignment rules and formulas
*Knowledge in salesforce.com best practices
*Ability to mentor and guide a team
*Should have exposure to JavaScript

Responsibilities
*Know all aspects of SFDC: Development, Configuration, Integration
*Should be able to code
*Write technical Specifications from BRD
*Review code to make sure best practices are followed.
*Provide technical guidance to team if they are stuck./Independently resolve issues in UAT/Prod environments when code is deployed, not always, but when offshore team is not available. In other words whenever needed
