Salesforce Funtional Lead

SALESFORCE FUNCTIONAL LEAD - BRUSSELS - 6 MONTHS

GLOBAL ENTERPRISE PARTNERS is currently looking for a Salesforce Functional Lead for an interesting project in Brussels.

As a SALESFORCE FUNCTIONAL LEAD you will help create the right journeys for the customers when using different internal channels. You will design and construct journeys that ensure the best possible experience for users from beginning to end. You will directly contribute to the development and elaboration of the internal tooling, of which Salesforce plays an important role.

Key skills of the SALESFORCE FUNCTIONAL LEAD:

- Build the bridge between business and Salesforce
- Responsible of the Salesforce setup, you are a Salesforce configuration expert
- Driven and customer focused.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce, especially in sales and service cloud
- Previous experience with Salesforce implementations and CRM transformations
- Scrum/Agile
- Fluent in Dutch AND English.
- Strong communications and problem solving skills
