SALESFORCE DEVELOPER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in BREA, CA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Develop custom APEX classes, tests, triggers, and Visualforce pages, applying design patterns to control code execution, avoid runtime limits, and remain bulk-safe.
- This role will be working with the IT project team and business users to configure, and customize the SF instance.
- Design and build clean, high performing (ie, user-oriented, fast, efficient, extensible, scalable) Salesforce and Salesforce-integrated applications following best practices and using the latest technologies.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce.com and other internal business applications.
- Work closely with operations and product managers to effectively prioritize projects to fit business needs.
- Follow standard coding practices, keeping custom code organized, readable, maintainable, and documented.
- Apply change management processes for documenting, communicating, and testing code releases from Sandboxes to Production environments.
- Remain current on new and updated functionality in Salesforce.com releases.
- Configure SF features to satisfy the business requirements
- SF administration
- Data loads as part of system conversion

WHAT YOU NEEDS TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience in healthcare, business, computer science, education, or other relevant field.
- Three to five (3-5) years of SFDC experience
- Data migration experience required
- Experience in executing complex global projects.
- IT and engineering background preferred.
- Salesforce.com experience required with system administrator certification a plus.
- Detailed understanding of and experience with Salesforce.com CRM sales and service cloud platform as well as other cloud applications such as BigMachines.
- Production and sandbox design and development experience is required; prefer experience configuring and supporting other Salesforce.com AppExchange applications.
- Understands system infrastructure, and master data models.
- Experienced in migration of design and data elements from sandbox to production.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to lead cross functional teams.
- Ability to lead a team of Salesforce developers.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- A Certificate in any of the following is a plus: Systems Analysis, Salesforce.com, Bigmachines
- Oracle EBS, Siebel, SalesLogix, Big Machines, Eloqua, Xactly Incent, Calidus, or Varicent knowledge a plus
