CRM Solution Lead - Salesforce - Financial Services

A well renowned Asset Manager based in central London is currently looking for a Salesforce CRM Solution Lead to join their team on a contract basis.

The successful Solution Lead will have the ability to:
Both Lead and Support Business Requirements Workshops and Define Solution Roadmap
Convert business requirements, processes and data flows into functional requirements and design
Define solutions in a component based manner aiding standardisation and reutilisation of functionality.
Design custom applications on and off the Salesforce platform
Design complex Salesforce and/or data models
Own the complete design of the solution both on/off the Salesforce platform
Lead a team of Salesforce resources in the build of the solution
Work with Technical Architect and Dev team to convey and support the build of the application

As Solution Lead you will need excellent knowledge of the Salesforce platform, with deep knowledge of 2 or more of the areas below:
Marketing Cloud - Exact Target, Social Studio, Radian6, Pardot or similar marketing applications
Sales Cloud
Service Cloud
Collaboration tools such as Chatter, Content, Files
Communities, Sites and mobile applications
Experience of common App Exchange products such as Conga, Docusign, Salesforce Extended Apps etc

You will also need a good understanding of technology solutions including:
Web Services, SOAP, REST/XML, Integration Patterns
Telecoms technology such as CTI, IVR, SIP etc
Integration methods covering custom web services to Informatica

Good Knowledge of CRM in general covering one or more or areas:
Marketing
Sales
Customer Service
Web, Social Media and Mobile

You will also be confident in working with the Salesforce Business Analyst to define and document functional requirements and solution design, and also the Advise and Support Adoption Consultant in the build of Adoption materials, and contribute to QA/UAT as Solution Owner

Required Qualifications and Experience:
Computer Science or related degree/equivalent industry experience
Salesforce ADM201 Certified Salesforce Administrator
Cloud Certification Highly Beneficial: Marketing, Sales or Service Cloud
Worked as a Salesforce Solution Lead on 2 or more large scale Salesforce implementations using multiple Cloud apps
Salesforce BA/Consultant/SA experience preferably in a consultative environment.
Experienced delivering solutions in an Master Data Management or SOA environment advantageous
Financial Service sector experience beneficial
