As the Salesforce.com CRM Administrator you will own the relationship with our inside and outside sales team members. Responsibilities range from maintenance, configuration and reporting to creating training programs and meeting with your customer base to gathering requirements for feature enhancements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage the Salesforce.com CRM application
- Maintain user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, etc.
- Administer standard and custom objects
- Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users
- Communicate with users and stakeholders about system changes
- Scope, build, refine, and deliver custom CRM solutions within Salesforce.com

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- SFDC Certified Administrator
- 2+ years' experience implementing and configuring Salesforce.com or similar CRM cloud-based solution
- Experience with Excel
- Experience with ETL tools like DataLoader or similar

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- SFCD Certified Advanced Administrator
- Exposure to other CRM tools
- Understanding of database concepts and data management
- Exposure to APEX, VisualForce, Force.com IDE, SOQL
- Analysis, troubleshooting, and problem solving expertise
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Project management skills: Ability to effectively management and prioritize projects
- Experience collaborating with IT and functional units
- Demonstrated professionalism interacting with all levels of user community
- Bachelor's degree preferred with a strong IT foundation

This contract position is expected to be 9 months in duration.
