Job Description:
Work with the SITA developers to implement the solution, configuring and customising SalesForce as appropriate. Integrate SalesForce using native connectors with Marketo, Lotus Notes, Qlikview, Sharepoint and SSO, and work with SITA's developers on integrating with SITA's Back Office systems through both Talend and the standard PHP Workbench application to interface the systems and pull in data. Where necessary there maybe the need to create small custom SalesForce apps.
The developer will be co-located with a SITA developer and business analyst in Letterkenny, Ireland or the project manager in Godalming, UK and will pass on knowledge so that SITA is enabled to support and maintain the solution at the end of the project. Setting up the dev, test and production environments will be part of the role as well as advising on the release management methodology.
Profile:
- 3 years SalesForce implementation experience in enterprise or unlimited salesforce license - enterprise wide projects with multiple integration points to other systems as a developer, ideally for technology B2B companies.
- Salesforce developer certification preferred DEV 401, and completion of ADM201
- Enthusiastic, professional, and confident personality, with a focus on customer success
- Experience of integration with:
- In-house Active Directory using SAML,
- In-house applications using APIs
- Qlikview & Marketo using native connectors
- Sharepoint via APIs
- Lotus Notes
- Ability to set up environments and train SITA on best practise SalesForce release methodology
- Good communicator who is able to pass on knowledge/train SITA developers
- 7 years developer experience with good knowledge of necessary programming/Scripting languages esp PHP CSS, JavaScript
- Fluent English
- Technical acumen to convert plans into real solutions that work
- Driven by customer success with a team player attitude
