Salesforce Business Analyst

Salesforce Business Analyst urgently required for a role in Geneva, Switzerland. You must be an experienced Business Analyst to work within the Wealth Management Global Technology Team in Geneva, supporting the CRM program.

SKILLS

- Experience in Salesforce: Apex, Visualforce, triggers/validation rules, core/custom objs, security settings, Data Loader
- Understanding of .XML principles
- Strong database knowledge, SQL/SoQL
- Experience in/understanding of CRM, Cloud technologies
- Experience in/understanding of financial area, banking aspects as a plus
- Experience in Wave Analytics Cloud a plus
- Experience in Lightning UI as a plus"

Following skills are REQUIRED in the prospective candidate:-

- Salesforce administration
- Close collaboration with Developers
- Business Users support
- Deployment of releases, CI support
- Data Governance activities (migration/updates/duplicates)
- QA activities
- Proven track record of coordinating hi tech product launches across organizational departments is preferred
- Communication expertise- communicate the right message in the right context. And you can deliver your message in different mediums and formats including emails, meetings, presentations, etc.
- Experience with JIRA is a plus
