Salesforce Business Analyst

My client is a dominant FMCG Multinational, with a major CRM Excellence Center in Zurich, Switzerland.

We are now recruiting on their behalf a Salesforce Business Analyst, needed to start on-site, ASAP.

Job description:

- Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring (for commercial systems based on salesforce.com technology): Planning the tasks and activities for Business Analysis covering stakeholder analysis, monitoring and proactively managing daily issues, risks and requirements, resolving conflicts, gaining formal approval through governance processes, and tracking requirements through to business case approval
- Working with stakeholders to help them understand their requirements within the scope of a project, including eliciting requirements, brainstorming options, analysing documents, running focus groups, analysing system interfaces, interviewing stakeholders and subject matter experts, observing Real Time activities and work environment, facilitating requirements workshops, reverse engineering existing systems, and collecting input via surveys and questionnaires.
- Requirements Analysis: Working with the project team towards defining a solution that will meet the agreed-upon requirements, including documenting and analysing business inputs, modelling the business domain using process diagrams, flowcharts, data models, exploring behavior models (use case, user experience design, storyboards, wireframes, user profiles and user stories), performing gap analysis, conducting feasibility studies, and verifying and confirming requirements
- Assessing proposed solutions to help the stakeholders select the solution that best fits their requirements, including developing mechanisms to assess how well the solution meets system requirements, evaluating alternate solutions, determining quality assurance mechanisms, crafting and assessing Requests for Proposal, supporting implementation through periodic check-ins of requirements, and scope definition

Requirements:

- min. 2-3 years' experience in IT services & operations project management experience in an IT or Business operations environment
- Strong presentation, facilitation, negotiation, collaboration and communication ability

Terms include an excellent daily rate and a long term contract.
