MPower-Plus are currently working with a leading IT Services provider who is in need of Salesforce Architect.

LOCATION Finland/UK

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for full systems development life cycle from requirements gathering through implementation of various functional architecture solutions

Works closely with clients and demonstrates individual functional and professional knowledge to ensure that the work products and deliverables are of the highest calibre

Applies project management expertise to identify, develop, and implement techniques to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings and efficiencies.

Ensure quality and completeness of project financials(eg, labor, capital and operational expenditures) for estimates, budgets and actuals

Ensure clear communications of project responsibilities(eg, expectations, assignments, reviews) necessary to ensure desired project outcomes

Facilitates issue resolutions between team members in a manner that keeps everyone productive and highly motivated

Develops and manages project control efforts:project plan, work breakdown structure, meeting calendars (eg, Steeringcommittee), change control, comminationplan, risk management

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR SOLUTION ARCHITECT

Minimum 5+ years managing complex CRM software projects

Minimum 3 + years implementing Salesforce.com technology based applications

Knowledge and experience with both waterfall and agile project methodologies

Experience with various ERP functional solutions architecture

Demonstrated ability to deliver full systems development life cycle from requirements gathering through implementation for various functional architecture solutions

Possesses their individual functional and professional knowledge to ensure that the work products and deliverables andare of the highest calibre and ensure client satisfaction

Experienced identifying, developing, and implementing techniques to improve engagement productivity (eg, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings)

SKILLS REQUIRED FOR TECHNICAL ARCHITECT

Minimum 7+ years of development experience on the Salesforce platform

Minimum 5 + years experience leading Enterprise Salesforce implementation with over 300 users with integration with enterprise applications like Oracle, Sap etc.

Minimum 1 complex data migration (ie, ETL efforts) into Salesforce.com

Strong knowledge CRMbusiness impact and demonstrated Global delivery

Participation in each phase of full Salesforce.com life cycle implementations

In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce

Strong technical foundation advanced structured programming (APEX, Force.com, .Net, Java),relational database concepts and structures, structured system analysis and design methods, etc.

Certifications

Certified Salesforce.com Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant (Desired)

Certified Salesforce Developer and Advanced Developer desired
