Salesforce Analyst

Intuition IT is urgently looking for Salesforce experts for a client in the Netherlands.

The client is looking for a Salesforce CRM business Analyst, a Salesforce CRM system analyst and a Salesforce CRM support analyst.

SALESFORCE CRM BUSINESS ANALYST
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Be the linking pin between the client's internal customers and the development team
- Translate complex business requirements into designs for solid future proof solutions
- Manage small (configuration) changes

Competencies
o Strong communicator
o Relationship Builder
o Salesforce.com certified administrator
o Fluent in English
o Several years experience with Salesforce CRM, preferably in international environments
o Experience with ExactTarget, Cornerstone, CVent and/or ServiceMax is a plus
o Able to travel up to 40%

SALESFORCE CRM SYSTEM ANALYST
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Will be making changes to the system (configuration) related to project and changes
- Do 2nd line support (difficult cases), working together with business analysts, architects and support.

Competencies:
o We are looking for an executer who also can challenge and innovate
o Mandatory Salesforce.com certified administrator
o fluent in English
o A few years relevant experience, preferably in international environments
o Experience with ExactTarget, Cornerstone, CVent and/or ServiceMax is a plus

CRM SUPPORT ANALYST
Roles & Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for the client's (internal) customers for any request related to the CRM ecosystem (CRM, Learning management, Event Management, Email marketing, Mobile tools, BI tools)
- Guide customers who have functional questions
- Responsible for User management in various systems
- Execute mass data changes

Competencies:
o Customer focused
o fluent in English
o Experience with Salesforce CRM, ExactTarget, Cornerstone, CVent and/or ServiceMax is a plus

Start: ASAP
Duration: 6months +.

Industry experience is a must.
