A fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning media company based in Clerkenwell, London. Established since 1981, they are the UK's leading independent membership magazine specialist.

They are looking for an enthusiastic, organised, efficient, hardworking person to join the organisation on a 7 month contract to provide support a very busy classified sales team.

The role will give extensive experience of working in a dynamic media organisation, and provide the candidate with the opportunity to understand the processes and work involved in a range of different actives. These include, but are not limited to:

- Customer service and account management over the telephone
- Credit control
- Management of data record updates
- Order processing
- Marketing support in the build up to the busy annual renewals time in spring 2014
- Reception cover and post duties where needed
- Assist team with research / data collection / lead sourcing

A positive, can do attitude, great attention to detail, the ability to work to deadlines and run different project concurrently are prerequisites for this role - as is a sense of humour.

This is a Flexible / Various Hours role averaging 4 days a week, the salary is £15,000 pro rata, with the usual excellent benefits including: contributory pension, a personal training plan, 25 days' holiday (pro rata) and subsidised gym membership. Based in bright modern offices in Clerkenwell, the company culture is friendly, informal and creative, but with an emphasis on high quality work.
