SALES PLANNER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in SILVER SPRING, MD

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- BA/BS degree, and 1+ years experience working in a sales, marketing, or ad sales position.
- Must be a self starter and have the ability to work in a faced paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Maintain a continuous level of outreach to Agency prospects resulting in engaged and productive Agency capabilities meetings.
- Send outreach emails to new Agency contacts in order to obtain new capabilities meetings/month while implementing key agencies targeted by team as well as key industries & locations
- Follow up on outreach emails in weeks after message sent with pertinent follow up copy per agency contact
- In order to stay informed on Agency/Client movement qualified e-newsletter subscriptions, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Twitter, trade publications, Google Alerts should be monitored and consulted throughout the week
- Send Agency team prep before meetings that highlights any background information as to clients, industry focus, metrics of success that will help result in a successful capabilities meeting Accompany and manage talent and corporate related activities and events, such as marketing events, ad sales shoots, Upfront presentations, etc.
- Coordinate all talent travel and logistics as it relates to non-press and production events and according to talent's contracted accommodation terms.
