What You'll Be Doing:
- Support annual compensation plan development, including modelling of comp plan
- scenarios, preparation of executive presentations, creation of commissions calculators and creation of individual T&Cs
- Prepare commissions accruals, forecasts, payments, and individual statements
- Track company bookings information
- Prepare reports that provide visibility into the performance of the Sales team
- Prepare ad hoc revenue and pipeline reports
- Participate in the development and implementation of process and system improvements
- Support creation of executive presentations
- Perform ad hoc analysis as required
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Bachelors with emphasis in a business related or related fields (Business Administration/Finance/Economics/Mathematics/Engineering)
- Three (3+) years of experience in financial planning and analysis, sales operations, or commissions
- MS Office: Advanced Excel, proficient in PowerPoint and Word
- Experience creating and working with complex financial models
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Motivated self-starter that can work independently
Bonus Points!
- Experience with TM1 a plus
- Commissions experience preferred
