Reporting to the Commercial Director the Sales and Marketing Coordinator will contribute to implementing programs and strategies that have a direct impact on sales effectiveness and achieving overall sales budgets . The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will have exposure across many different functions and levels of the organization, and accordingly, must be comfortable working with a wide-cross section of personalities including customers, external sales, internal sales, operations and finance teams as well as company senior executives. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Administration & Sales Support - Event Planning - Product Launches and Promotions - Website and Social Media REQUIRED COMPETENCIES AND ATTRIBUTES (qualifications, experience, skills and knowledge) * University Degree, preferably in business, Marketing or Communications * 1 to 3 years of related work experience * Experience in a B2B channel environment considered a strong asset * Excellent project management, and organizational skills * Reporting analysis and competitive research skills * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+) * Strong computer skills - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM database management * Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and enthusiastic attitude * Ability to excel in a high pressure environment with tight timelines and changing priorities * Strong attention to detail * Drive to ensure timely delivery * Additional language skills considered a bonus. * Desire to learn both informally and through development plan.
