-Self contained development of sales strategies and setting of individual sales targets to achieve organizational sales goals
-Delegation of responsibility for customer accounts to sales personnel
-Direct sales team trainings and development of sales presentations and proposals
-Coordination of sales action plans und monitor the achievements of sales objectives
-Independent conduct of market research and competitor and customer analysis
-Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives
-Preparing and monitoring of sales budgets
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Business degree or related professional qualification
-Experience in direct sales of pharmacies of OTC/Nutritional Supplements and in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategies
-Experience in customer relationship management and directing of sales teams
-Fluency in Turkish, in both spoken and written both, excellent knowledge of English and/or German language
