Sales - Inside Sales Rep

Provides distributors, sales and support personnel, internal and external customers and account managers with commercial services that are provided with enthusiasm, empathy, knowledge of company capabilities, and an understanding of the customers’ needs. Provides solutions that demonstrate our brand promise, our full capabilities and our focus on customer satisfaction.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. 2-year to 4-year degree in a related field (communications, marketing, business or technical, etc.) is preferred

Experience: Customer service or related experience desired. Knowledge of supply chain planning, MRP, or CRM desired.

Skills/Knowledge:

·          Proficient computer skills: MS-Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, as well as Windows and non-Windows based operating systems.

·          Very good verbal and written communication skills

·          Positive and action oriented personality with good problem solving abilities.

·          Capable of learning the features and benefits of multiple product families and related manufacturing processes.

·          Ability to positively handle conflict.

·          Ability to multi-task, work in teams and learn and use multiple systems and processes.
