Sales Incentive Compensation Analyst Job

SALES INCENTIVE COMPENSATION ANALYST needed for a ten (10) MONTH PLUS CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in East Hanover, NJ.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Supports Sales Operations with maintenance of Sales Incentive Plan
- Responsible for semi-annual updates to goal allocation model in Excel.
- Administrator of Callidus software which includes: monitoring weekly and monthly sales data feeds, updating plan participant eligibility, QCing reports such as bi-weekly scorecard and monthly commission statements, researching discrepancies.
- Compiles quarterly slide presentations for VP of Sales, and provides ad hoc analytic support for sales management team.
- Responsible for testing and troubleshooting newly developed reports as needed

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

- Bachelor Degree is Preferred
- Experience with MS Office.
- Experience with compiling quarterly slide presentations for sales teams, and providing ad hoc analytic support for a sales management team.
