Connect44 is looking for Sales Expert candidate for the role in Shenzhen, China.
Job Responsibilities
. Take charge of network Planning & Engineering outsourcing solution template and toolkit.
. To design and develop Planning& Engineering outsourcing solution by analysing and understanding the outsourcing requirement of telecom operators during leading and bidding.
. Understand telecom customer operation's needs and pain points, and lead customers from multiple dimensions including CAPEX Opex data, organization and Process, network quality, IT tools, competitive landscape and trends in network Planning & Engineering outsourcing, etc.
. Take charge of generalizing the network P be able to travel frequently with short notice and work overseas.
. At least 8 years practical experience in Telecommunications industry, familiar with telecom network P strong sense of quality; able to work well in a fast-paced, multi-culture dynamic environment.
. Possess good interpersonal communications and negotiation skills. Good presentation and documentation skills.
. Excellent written, oral and listening skills in English and at least one local language.
