Sales Director - I.T. Business Solutions - £200K OTE - London A unique opportunity to work for a leading provider of IT Solutions has arisen for a talented and driven individual. The business is successfully implementing a business transformation, to turn themselves into the next generation of solutions provider servicing the UK. You role as Sales Director will be to manage this implementation throughout the sales team, as well as driving targets and achieving excellent results. You must have experience in the following: - Previous history in a sales director capacity Excellent knowledge of the ICT industry Managing a sales team of 20+ heads Requirement gathering, along with successful implementation Have the presence and ability to motivate the team Software as a service - SAAS Solutions experience centred on business outcomes and application Product knowledge of IBM, Microsoft, HP, VMWare & SAP is advantageous P&L responsibility, including forecasting & budgeting Reporting directly to the MD Management of vendor relationships at an executive level Benefits Extremely competitive basic salary with realistic OTE of £200K Car Allowance Benefits expected at Sales Director level Good holiday allowance Share Options
