Sales Director - EMEA - Distribution

Due to an internal promotion an excellent opportunity has arisen for EMEA Sales Director to join a global market leader in the Cash Management Systems industry. This is an exciting opportunity to join this expanding organisation in a senior sales capacity. We seek: * An experienced Sales Leader who has experience in managing remote sales teams. This could be an ambitions Senior Sales Manager looking to make the step up to a Sales Director role or an experienced Sales Director. * This individual must have experience within EMEA, candidates who have purely operated within theUKcannot be considered for this. For this role the EMEA focus will be onEastern Europe, Middle-East & Africa. Candidates must be flexible on international travel to these regions. * A vital component is that you must have a vast amount of experience in managing and selling through distribution. 90% of their sales are through distribution so distribution sales management experience is absolutely fundamental for this position. Candidates without this will not be considered. * Managing a sales team of 5 with 2 guys in theUK, 1 inItaly, 1 inGermanyand another in theMiddle East. Suitable candidates will have man-management experience, leading remote sales teams. * Must be willing to be based in theirBerkshirefacility when not travelling. * There is a lot of synergy between their market and the Printer, Medical Devices and Back office equipment sectors, so candidates with this background would be preferred. * A second language of either French or Portuguese is preferred but not essential.
