This is an excellent opportunity for a Sales Director with a proven track record in leading sales teams within theUKdata space.
Responsibilities include-
- Hands-on new Business Development / management
- Recruitment of sales staff
- P&L responsibility.
- Driving best practice / processes across the sales team and liaising with other departments developing strong cohesion.
- Defining and delivering on sales strategy.
Experience / Attributes needed:
- Over 10 years experience of sales leadership / management including that of Sales Director.
- Expert knowledge of Data Warehousing, Data Integration and Data Integration solutions (including cloud-based).
- Knowledge of selling data-driven software products directly or indirectly of Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, SAP or EMC.
- Responsible for leading teams closing large and complex sales deals, ideally ranging from 100K up to (and in excess of) £300K.
