We are looking for a Trainee/Recruitment Consultant to join us in ourManchesteroffice immediately recruiting into the IT industry. As part of the SThree group we have established an incredible reputation with our clients and candidates. OurManchesteroffice is the fastest growing profit contract profit centre in SThree in the north. Being one of the world's largest organically grown companies, we pride ourselves in promoting internal talent, so how far up the career ladder you climb is down to you and your hard work. In the last year alone Computer Futures offices in the North have made 10 management promotions.

We are so effective at we do, we place an IT professional every 38 minutes which means this is an extremely lucrative opportunity. The role itself involves using your sales, persuasion and networking skills to contact potential clients, then finding the best candidates to meet their needs. You'll manage the whole interview process, relaying feedback, selling candidates to clients and job opportunities to candidates. Then you'll negotiate to close the best deal for all parties.

In addition to fantastic incentives such as holidays toMarbella,Las VegasandIbiza, lunch clubs at Michelin star restaurants and company cars, we offer a lucrative uncapped commission structure on top of a competitive basic salary. You can expect to earn £30K- £35K OTE in year one alone!
