*Sales Communications Consultant*

Location: Craigforth, Stirling

Rate: £10 - £14 per hour

Duration: 3 months

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A FINANCIAL SERVICES MARKETING DEPARTMENT

Experience of the Sales Communications Consultant:
*Working in a financial services marketing department
*Understanding of the financial services market place, and in particular, the needs of frontline sales people
*Appreciation of the needs of different distribution channels
*Working in a sales operations, support or sales team (preferable)
*Process and project management
*Use of digital communications and ability to structure and update web content
*Good at managing suppliers on a day-to-day basis

Skills of the Sales Communications Consultant:
*Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
*Excellent copy writer - especially in translating marketing messages into sales messages
*Excellent understanding of electronic communication
*Energy and tenacity to see things through to delivery
*Strong attention to detail
*Good influencer
*Ability to multi-task and prioritise work
*Ability to handle high volume workload while maintaining high quality standards and paying attention to detail
*Ability to build good relationships with stakeholders and suppliers at all levels across the business

Overall job purpose of the Sales Communications Consultant
*Manage and develop the ongoing Sales Communications processes and publications to ensure all regular communications are distributed to the relevant teams and are of the required standards
*In particular, make sure the Sales stations are up to date, easy to navigate and that sales teams use these as the first port of call for their queries and information needs
*Ensure effective and timely delivery of all publications and information in line with the priorities, marketing plans and sales management needs
*Regularly seek feedback from user and amend content, navigation, structure of all sales communications and intranets to ensure we have the 'best informed' sales teams in the industry
*Prepare and issue sales communications plans for each activity
