Sales Analyst Job

SALES ANALYST needed for a LONG TERM CONTRACT opportunity with SAP AMERICA located in PALO ALTO, CA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

This is an individual contributor role that provides analytic and sales operation support to the global Digital Commerce team, reporting to Sales Operation Director, and directly support senior management in the following areas:

- Prepare accurate sales reports for the Digital Commerce/SAP Store on a timely basis
- Assist in collection and consolidation of required information and data, including but not limited to sales forecast, marketing analyses, and business presentation
- Work conjunction with Controlling and Business Operations to provide accurate spending report and forecast on timely basis
- Support annual planning process for both revenue and spending, document key assumptions and business models, and assist consolidation of inputs from cross-functional teams
- Prepare sales compensation report for deals closed on the Store, and support compensation automation project
- Provide ad hoc analyses to support business initiatives and decision-making process

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or Economics
- Sales Analysis and PNL Analysis
- Planning and Forecasting
- PPT, Excel, Major ERP Systems (preferably SAP)
- Sales Operation Procedure
- Communication Skills with Senior Management
