SALES ADMINISTRATOR (RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT, COMMUNICATIONS, REPORTS, DIARY MANAGEMENT)

- STARTING SALARY UP TO £20,333 (PRO RATA)
- LOCATION - BRISTOL
- 6 MONTH FIX TERM CONTRACT

THE ROLE

Working in partnership with sales consultants to develop relationships and provide proactive and reactive office based support to a panel of brokers - in order to facilitate new business generation, growth and existing business retention. The successful candidate must have a strong personality, lots of energy and comfortable in a sales environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ensuring quotes go out via the right channels within the risk framework
- Analysing requests
- Ensuring quotes are issued
- General administration
- Looking for cross selling opportunities and understanding value add positioning
- Broker relationship management
- Formal letter writing and chasing of premium

KEY SKILLS

- Group risk experience (not essential but desired)
- Experience of working in a sales environment
- Strong administration background
- High degree of computer literacy (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
