Safety Health Environment Engineer - Part time

SAFETY HEALTH ENVIRONMENT ENGINEER - PART TIME/LEIDEN, NETHERLANDS/2 MONTHS CONTRACT/60 TO 75 EUR (PER HOUR)

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Safety Health Environment Engineer for a 2 Months Contract.

THE ROLE

The temporary EHSS Engineer is supporting the EHSS Department in the audit readiness activities. You report to and work closely together with the EHS Manager, EHS Engineer and with EHS representatives of the departments.

The main tasks and responsibilities are:

- Perform pre-audits and inspections together with departmental delegates
- Address unsafe situations and possible non-conformities with local and J&J standards
- Make clear reports of inspections and advise how to solve issues
- Work with departments to implement measures

SKILLS

- Communicate fluently in Dutch and English, verbal and in writing
- Hands on mentality
- Take the lead, be the advisor, motivator and stimulator but don't take over the responsibility when it comes to final implementation
- Work with tact and humor

EDUCATION

- MBO or HBO with minimum of 3-4 years relevant experience preferably in a laboratory or academic environment
- Technical background (electrical, mechanical, construction of chemical)
