SAFETY, HEALTH, ENVIRONMENT ENGINEER - LEIDEN, NETHERLANDS - 2 MONTHS CONTRACT - UP TO 47 EUR (PER HOUR)

The Environment Health Safety & Sustainability (EHS2) department aims to provide advice and support for the entire organisation in the field of safety, health, environment and sustainability.. The goals pursued are in accordance with the J&J creed values. This means an incident free workplace, no spills, no fires and no non-compliance situations. Assurance is made by having the line management ownership taken for these areas.

SPECIFIC TASKS:

The EHS2 Department has the primary task of coaching and advising the line management in reaching EHS2doelstellingen. Instruments available for this purpose include safety & environmental management systems. Audit systems, incident management systems and safe conduct management systems. By the Deon of Tours and entering into interacteis with people on the job floor (employees, contractors, project employees etc.). You will ensure that the agreements made are fulfilled as stated in Dutch legislation and the J&J but guidelines, ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001 and other safety standards-go around the various business aspects of Janssen Bio (production, Lab, warehouse, projects, maintenance rooms, open company site etc.), to appeal to employees of employees who do not adhere to the norm-escalate in the repeated failure to comply with the corrective agreements made.
