Safety Consultant/Safety Program Trainer - Independent Contractor

Independent safety consultant wanted to present safety training at customer sites inc Columbus, OH and surrounding counties.

Candidate Requirements

The candidate must have the following qualifications and resources:

- Knowledge of Federal OSHA regulations
- Safety experience
- Bilingual - Englishany needed audio/visual equipment
- Starting will require an existing income stream
- A contract will be signed between Safety World, Inc. and the contractor

Additional knowledge which would be beneficial:

- Knowledge of agriculture and specifically the dairy industry
- Workers compensation experience or good knowledge of the system

Job Description:

- Candidate will be expected to drive to customer locations and present safety training to the customer's employees. The initial radius of operation from Columbus is expected to be 2 hours. This may increase in the future.
- Each visit will entail a safety training meeting, employee work observation and inspection of facilities, machinery and equipment. The meetings and inspections must be documented, and the documentation left with the customer.
- Customers set the schedule. The contractor must be able to do the meetings and inspections whenever the customer requests.
- The contractor must stay within the promised service agreement and not provide extra services unless approved by Safety World, Inc.
